Q1: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, bank transfer and other mainstream international payment methods.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A: Regular products have standard MOQ, customized orders are negotiable.
Q3: Can I customize products with logo, size and packing?
A: Yes, we support OEM & ODM, custom logo, private label and neutral export packaging.
Q4: How long is the quotation valid?
A: Normally 7-15 days, price will adjust according to raw material cost and exchange rate.
2. Sample Service
Q1: Can I get free samples?
A: Samples are charged, freight collect. Sample fee will be refunded after bulk order.
Q2: How many days for sample making?
A: Normal samples 15-20 days, customized samples 45-60 days.
3. Production & Lead Time
Q1: What is the bulk order delivery time?
A: Standard orders 45-55 days, large orders 55-65 days.
Q2: Can you arrange urgent orders?
A: Yes, we accept rush orders with priority production.
4. Shipping & Export
Q1: Which trade terms can you do?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, DAP all available.
